The Paintly Store subscription packages (Silver, Gold, and Platinum) offer various benefits and revenue-sharing opportunities to support creatives in showcasing their artwork on merchandise. By subscribing, you agree to the terms and conditions associated with each package level, including subscription fees, revenue-sharing percentages, and the included services.

​

Please note the following:

• Revenue Share: Revenue-sharing percentages apply only to net sales of products featuring the artist’s uploaded artwork. Net sales are calculated after applicable deductions, including but not limited to taxes, shipping, and processing fees.

• Cancellation and Refund Policy: Subscriptions are renewable and can be canceled at any time. Cancellations apply to future billing cycles and are non-refundable for the remaining term of the current cycle.

• Content Ownership and Licensing: By uploading artwork, creatives retain full ownership but grant The Paintly Store a license to use the artwork for merchandising, marketing, and product listings. Full details are outlined in our terms and conditions.

• Package Modifications: The Paintly Store reserves the right to adjust package benefits, fees, or revenue-sharing terms with prior notice. Subscribers will be informed of any changes impacting their current subscription level.
